Live Yoga Classes Dandenong Ranges



Running in conjunction with the Victorian School terms (generally between 8 and 10 week terms).

Yoga classes: Monday morning and evening in Kallista. Wednesday morning in Emerald

Therapeutic Yoga Workshops: Tuesday evenings in Emerald.

What to wear

Anything you feel comfortable in, so long as it doesn’t restrict movement.

What to bring

Yoga mats and blankets are provided but you are welcome to bring your own. Most important is a healthy and positive attitude to the practice. As with all forms of exercise it is advisable to avoid eating a heavy meal for at least an hour before class.

Class length

Classes run for 1 hr and 15 mins. This allows plenty of time to balance asana’s (postures), pranayama (breathing) and nidra (relaxation). Arriving 5 minutes before a class commences will allow for a smooth transition for yourself and others in the group.
